Rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. Service was great. The free breakfast was fairly simple. The eggs, bacon or sausage (switches off every day) were fresh and resupplied as needed. You could also make a fresh waffle (Texas shaped), have some cereal or yogurt, and juice and toast. Good location. The only negative was some minor bathroom issues that couldn't be resolved because they didn't have anyone working over the weekend. Glad it wasn't major.

We stayed here for a day. The place was fairly clean. Their complementary breakfast was sufficient to get us started for the day. For the price, we think it was good value. I would not mind coming back. We did not have a negative experience here.

Good: clean rooms, quiet, very affordable, close drive from DFW airport Bad: offered very few of the services they advertised. No pack and plays in the entire property. No breakfast offered.
